We are proud to announce that yesterday, July 26, 2021, an almost plebiscitary Shareholders’ Meeting (~98% of voters) unanimously approved the transformation of SEALENCE S.p.A. into BENEFIT COMPANY.
An important milestone that makes explicit the environmentalist mission that has always been in the DNA of our startup and for which the DeepSpeed project itself has reason to exist.
